A very quick SuperSport United won a penalty in the opening 10 minutes after Samuel Darpoh of Amazulu tackled the quick striker of SuperSport Fagrie Lakay, for which he received a yellow card, but due to back chatting the referee he received another yellow card which resulted in a red card, leaving the struggling Amazulu down to 10 men.
